The new Peer Support Program provides peer support from lived/living experience to patients and families receiving services at St. Paul’s Hospital and Providence Health Care (PHC). The Peer Support Team are integrated members of the Indigenous Wellness Program and provide emotional supports and help facilitate culturally safe and appropriate care for patients and families receiving services at PHC.
